1. DURATION
The Controlling Stress and Emotion Overload course comprises a one-day workshop followed by a two week practicum (i.e. application of course principle to real-life situations and recording process.
2. PARTICIPANTS
Participants to the Controlling Stress and Emotional Overload course –
1. Have a stable interest in realising their potential over their life-span;
2. Support the principles associated with scientific reasoning exemplified by creative conversation and methodological problem solving;
3. Agree to uphold the PersonalChampionship® conditions; and
4. Concur with the programme methodology as expounded on this website.
3. TOPICS
Controlling Stress and Emotional Overload course aims at –
1. Assisting participants towards understanding the causes of emotional overload and stressful life episodes;
2. Exploring stress preventative mechanisms;
3. Reviewing stress coping strategies;
4. Assisting participants with self-concept analyses, and re-engineering exercises;
5. Supporting participants with behaviour modification applications; and
6. Preparing participants for applying Managing Stress and Emotion Overload principles to real life situations and measuring their progress success levels
4. PRACTICUM
During the two weeks following the one-day workshop participants apply the workshop principles to real-life situations, record their progress, and give feedback to the coach who responds with supportive comments.
