03.3. ATTENDEE & COACH PRIVATE CONSULTATION SESSIONS

1. introduction
Participant attends a private consultation session with his or her coach at the start of the second, third and fourth programme phase, and finally at the end of the fourth phase.
The consultation sessions –
1. Grant the coach the opportunity to become personally acquainted with participant’s growth experience and his or her expectations pertaining to the next programme phase;
2. Provide participant an opportunity to discuss personal matters that he or she rather not disclose during a workshop.
2. Objective
The objective of the Master of PersonalChampionship® Private Consultations is:
1. The identification of participant’s self-concept quality;
2. The evaluation of participant’s self-concept development needs;
3. The assessment of participant’s behaviour modification requirements, and
4. The strengthening of participant’s affective, cognitive and aspiration capacity towards realizing his or her full potential.
3. Focus
With the aid of self-concept re-engineering and behaviour modification the participant is guided towards –
1. Achieving the success he or she desires,
2. Enjoying the happiness he or she deserves and,
3. Living purposefully to fulfil his or her life goals as a complete, fully functioning, champion person.
4. PARTICIPANTS
A participant to a Master of PersonalChampionship® Private Consultation session –
1. Is committed to increasingly realizing his or her potential in all life spheres of personal importance:
2. Supports the principles associated with scientific reasoning exemplified by creative conversation and methodological problem solving;
3. Agrees to uphold the PersonalChampionship® business conditions;
4. Concurs with the Programme methodology as explicated on this website.
5. Procedure
The interview procedure is given below. Participant’s particular needs determine the procedural items involved.
1. Identifying the self-conceptions, attitudes and behaviour manifestations that may possibly impede participant’s self-realization;
2. Establishing participant’s achievement interests, competency indicators and life-vision perceptions;
3. Assessing participant’s interpersonal qualities and possible draw-backs;
4. Determining participant’s level of autonomy, feelings of self-worth and embedded self-confidence;
5. Evaluating participant’s long- and short-term clarity of purpose;
6. Assisting participant in drawing up a Self-Improvement Target List;
7. Helping participant designing a Self-Improvement Planner;
8. Commencing with self-concept re-engineering and behaviour modification exercises; and,
9. Assisting participant towards regularly recording progress over time-segments, analysing data and interpreting observations.
