08. n=1 ELECTRONIC ASSISTED SELF-EXPLORATION

1. introduction

The Master of PersonalChampionship® n=1 Assisted Self-Exploration offers an attendee who prefers to discuss self-development matters with a PersonalChampionship® coach in privacy, the opportunity to do so. An electronic communication system is exploited for these events.

2. PROSPECTIVE ATTENDEE APPLICATION

A prospective attendee should, prior to applying for attending a PersonalChampionship® programme, course, presentation or meeting, take cognisance of the PersonalChampionship® Company requirement for attendence. To this end, click here.

3. purpose

The n=1 Assisted Self-Exploration enables an attendee, in conjunction with a PersonalChampionship® coach, to explore answers to the participant’s self-development needs. This one-on-one discussion is managed with the aid of an interactive electronic system.

4. explanatory session

During the first electronic meeting between the PersonalChampionship® coach and an attendee, the coach -:

4.1. Takes cognizance of the attendee’s related personal development needs;
4.2. Explains the Guided Self-Eploration service;
4.3. Clarifies the process; and
4.4. Indicates the anticipated cost over time schedules.

5. n=1 practicum

5.1. The duration of an attendee’s n=1 Assisted Self-Exploration practicum is two weeks during which time the participant –

1. Applies the exploration principles to real-life situations,
2. Monitoring his/her performance over time,
3. Keeps score of his/her achievements, and
4. Submits a copy of his/her score sheet to the coach.

5.2. The PersonalChampionship® coach –

1. Analyses the attendee’s submitted score sheet,
2. Produces a visual accomplishment representation, and
3. Discusses the attendee’s achievements.
