GLOSSARY

1. INTRODUCTION
The Master of PersonalChampionship® is a graded self-concept re-engineering and behaviour modification system for developing complete, fully functioning, champion people for the challenges of our time and beyond.
The Master of PersonalChampionship® Stepwise process option is discussed below.
2. COMPARISON
Differences between Process Stepwise and Process Classic option are indicated in this text by highlighted words.
1. Workshop duration is three hours.
2. A workshop addresses one growth factor. As the designated factor receives attention, reference is made to the remaining factors of the particular programme phase.
3. The programme comprises 30 workshops.
4. A longitudinal approach is appropriate for participants whose progress are best served over extended time segments.
3. Participants
Participants to the Master of PersonalChampionship® programme –
1. Are committed to increasingly becoming more complete, fully functioning, champion people incrementally realising their potential in all life spheres important to them.
Rationale: Participants should have a life-long dedication towards continual self-improvement in order to exploit the Master of PersonalChampionship® potential.
2. Support the principles associated with scientific reasoning exemplified by creative conversation and methodological problem solving.
Rationale: Development takes place through open discussions about reality-based challenges, observing objectively the nature of these problems, working out a testable solution and then assessing the degree to which the proposition holds.
3. Agree to uphold the Master of PersonalChampionship® business conditions;
Rationale: The requirement that participants accept the PersonalChampionship® business conditions is premised on the Company’s intention to ensure the high quality of its product and services are maintained.
4. Concur with the programme methodology as explicated on this website.
Rationale: Since the programme methodology has been established over time to operate within scientific acceptable boundaries it is reasonable for the Company to request participants concur with the Master of PersonalChampionship® procedures.
4. PROGRAMME UNITS (FACTORS AND PHASES)

Master of PersonalChampionship® Stepwise process comprises 30 workshops spread incrementally over its four phases. With each following phase an added factor-set (three workshops) expands its repertoire (See diagram above).

During each phase participants experience the value of self-concept re-engineering and behaviour modification towards the realisation of their potential as complete, fully functioning, champion people.
5. BEFORE-WORKSHOP ASSIGNMENTS
Prior to attending a workshop participants do the required preparation. In so doing, workshops become opportunities for discussion, learning and self-development.
6. WORKSHOPS
Workshops are spread two weeks apart.
A workshop is a three-hour self-exploration and development session.
A workshop addresses one factor of the three factors in a factor-set.

The consultation sessions –
1. Grant the coach the opportunity to become personally acquainted with participant’s growth experience and his or her expectations pertaining to the next programme phase; and
