Dr Laubscher’s professional experience, in chronological order, is as follows:

1.  Secondary school teacher.
2.  Psychologist at an Industrial school for adolescent boys committed by law to attend.
3.  Senior psychologist at a school for children with cerebral dysfunctions.
4.  Senior-Chief-Researcher (highest research rank) at the Institute for Psychometric and Educational research, Human Sciences Research Council.
5.  Head, Centre for Child and Adult Guidance at the Human Sciences Research Council.
6.  In Private practice as Educational, Counselling, and Research psychologist.
7.  Personnel selection specialist; leadership development consultant; and executive coach to business leaders.
8.  Full-time involved with the extended development of his Master of PersonalChampionship® programme.
