02.3. FACTOR-SETS OVER CONSTRUCTS
The graphic representation given above depicts the Master of PersonalChampionship® composition of the four programme phases, and the ten factor-sets over the three growth constructs: relatedness, autonomy and competency-navigation.
Each factor-set comprises three growth factors selected to represent one factor from each of the three constructs, i.e. a relatedness, autonomy and competency-navigation factor. This selection has been made in order for participants to enjoy a balanced experience as they proceed from one Programme presentation to another.
The factor-sets 1 to 10 are incrementally arranged over the four Programme phases commencing with one factor-set for phase one and ending with four factor-sets allocated to phase four.
