1. Introduction

The Master of PersonalChampionship® programme comprises 30 growth factors. These factors share a common presentation framework, the lay-out of which is discussed below.

1. Description

A discussion of a growth factor kicks off with an introduction to its origin, affective value, behaviour manifestations, and aberrations.

2. Typology

The systematic classification of a growth factor is explored in terms of its various classifications – from its creative expressions to its catastrophic displays to its creative expressions.

3. Graphic representations

The various representations of each growth factor are graphically displayed to better the understanding of its expression variations.

4. Antecedents

Contributing influences to creative as well as destructive behaviour are analysed and discussed.

5. Self-assessment questionnaire

Participants rate themselves on ten factor-items at a time. In total they respond to 300 factor-statements over the growth factor range.

6. Self-exploratory exercise

In the section Self-exploratory Questions participants are asked to challenge self-views by responding to penetrating questions.
